Adjacency Matrix

An S4 class to represent an adjacency matrix.

Slots

layers

A character vector specifying the interval names.

groups

A character vector specifying the group names.

start

A numeric vector giving the lower boundary of the time intervals.

stop

A numeric vector giving the upper boundary of the time intervals.

Note

This class inherits from base matrix.
